These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by Broxans, a software and technology services company based in Karachi, Pakistan. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Broxans provides professional technology services including software development, web and mobile applications, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. All services are governed by written proposals, contracts, or statements of work.
2. Engagement & Acceptance
A project is considered accepted once a proposal, contract, or invoice is approved in writing or payment is made.
3. Client Responsibilities
Fees and milestones are defined in the agreed documentation
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
5. Change Requests
Any changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing and may impact pricing or deadlines.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables is defined in the applicable agreement. Broxans retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and know-how unless explicitly transferred.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information and not disclose it to third parties without authorization, except as required by law.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on a professional and reasonable-effort basis. Broxans makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Broxans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreement. Outstanding payments become immediately due upon termination.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karachi.
12. Amendments
Broxans reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
