01 Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content produced by Broxans, including software code, system architecture, designs, UI/UX assets, documentation, text, graphics, videos, animations, and brand materials, are protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, and applicable international laws.
02 Client Deliverables
Client ownership rights are governed by the applicable agreement. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as defined contractually.
03 License to Use
Where ownership is not transferred, Broxans grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.
04 Portfolio Rights
Unless prohibited by contract, Broxans may display completed work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
05 Third-Party Materials
Third-party software, libraries, or content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their license terms.
06 Infringement & Enforcement
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil or criminal action under Pakistani law, including relevant provisions of PECA 2016.
07 Policy Updates
Broxans reserves the right to modify this policy. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
